113949 Bahcall (provisional designation: 2002 TV313) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Sloan Digital Sky Survey at the Apache Point Observatory in Sunspot, New Mexico, on October 4, 2002. It is named after John N. Bahcall, an American astrophysicist of the 20th and 21st centuries.
